肾气丸并非仅为“补益剂”之浅谈

摘　　要：肾气丸又名金匮肾气丸,出自汉代张仲景所著《金匮要略》,为临床常用方剂之一。现代方剂学教科书大多将其归类于补益剂,论其功用为补肾助阳,化生肾气,主要用于治疗肾阳气不足证,现代临床上常用于治疗糖尿病、类风湿性关节炎、肾病综合征、脚气病等多种疾病。然而笔者在学习探索过程中,从病因病机分析、干地黄的使用以及现代药理学研究结果3个方面,对肾气丸的功用产生了新颖的看法,得出肾气丸不仅仅只用于补益肾气,还有行气利水,恢复肾之气化功能的结论,希望对开拓肾气丸一剂的临床思路起到积极作用。Shenqi pill,also known as Jinkui Shenqi pill,is one of the commonly used prescriptions in clinical practice,which comes from Jingui Yaolue written by Zhang Zhongjing in Han Dynasty.Most of the modern prescription textbooks classify it as tonifying formula,which is mainly used to treat the deficiency of kidney yang qi,such as diabetes,rheumatoid arthritis,nephrotic syndrome,beriberi and other diseases.However,in the process of study and exploration,the author has a new view on the function of Shenqi pill from the three aspects of etiology and pathogenesis analysis,the use of dried rehmannia and the results of modern pharmacology research.He has come to the conclusion that Shenqi pill is not only used for tonifying the kidney qi,but also for promoting qi and water and restoring the function of kidney qi.He hopes to play a positive role in developing the clinical thinking of Shenqi pill.
