摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合自拟通痹汤对气阴两虚型糖尿病足的意义。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月在辽宁省武警辽宁省总队医院治疗的80例气阴两虚型糖尿病足患者,按照治疗方法的不同分组,对照组40例气阴两虚型糖尿病足患者给予西洛他唑干预治疗;试验组40例气阴两虚型糖尿病足患者在对照组基础上给予针刺联合自拟通痹汤治疗,比较2组患者治疗后的临床总有效率。结果试验组患者治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气阴两虚型糖尿病足患者来说,采取针刺联合自拟通痹汤治疗的临床效果较好,可以有效改善气阴两虚型糖尿病足患者情况,值得推广。Objective To explore the significance of acupuncture combined with self-designed Tongbi decoction on diabetic foot with deficiency of qi and yin.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,80 cases of diabetic foot patients with deficiency of qi and yin in Liaoning Provincial Armed Police Corps Hospital were selected.According to different groups of treatment methods,40 cases in the control group were treated with sirostazole intervention.In the experimental group,40 cases were treated with cilostazol and acupuncture combined with selfdesigned Tongbi decoction.The clinical effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic foot patients with deficiency of qi and yin,the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Tongbi decoction is good,which can effectively improve the situation of diabetic foot patients with deficiency of qi and yin.
