摘  要:目的研究马桶花有效部位(MTH)是否具有抗炎镇痛和利胆作用,且观察其效果是否优于马桶花初提物。方法采用小鼠甩尾实验、甲醛致痛实验研究MTH和马桶花初提物对小鼠的镇痛情况,进一步采用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀研究MTH和马桶花初提取物对小鼠的抗炎作用,最后通过小鼠胆囊重量实验和收集到的临床患者结石标本进行溶石实验,研究其利胆溶石作用。结果①镇痛实验:与模型组比较,MTH高剂量组、中剂量组在30 min后能明显提高小鼠痛阈值(P<0.05);MTH中、高剂量组在第一时相和第二时相能够降低甲醛致痛评分值(P<0.05,P<0.01),且镇痛效果优于马桶花初提物。②抗炎实验:与对照组比较,MTH高、中、低剂量组对二甲苯致耳郭肿胀均有抑制作用,抑制率分别为45.21%、41.89%、23.83%(P<0.01、P<0.01、P<0.05),然而马桶花初提物的抑制率为16.64%,低于MTH中、高剂量组(P<0.05);MTH中、高剂量组均能抑制小鼠足趾肿胀(P<0.01,P<0.01)。③利胆溶石实验:与蒸馏水组比较,MTH高、中、低剂量组和马桶花初提物组均能减轻胆囊重量,促进胆汁排泄(P<0.01),且MTH的利胆作用优于马桶花初提物;MTH高、中、低剂量组和马桶花初提物组均能有效溶解胆囊结石(P<0.01)。结论MTH具有明显的镇痛、抗炎和利胆作用,且效果优于马桶花初提物。Objective To study whether MTH,the active fraction of Incavillea arguta,has anti-inflammatory,analgesic and choleretic effects and to observe whether its effect is better than that of the crude extract of Incavillea arguta.Methods The mice formaldehyde pain test and mice hot plate test were used to study the analgesic condition of MTH and the crude extract of Incavillea arguta,and the models of xylene-induced ear edema and the carrageenan-induced paw edema of mice were used to study the anti-inflammatory effect of MTH and the crude extract of Incavillea arguta,and finally the gallbladder weight test in the mice and the gallstone samples collected from clinical patient were carried out to study its choleretic and stone-dissolving effect.Results①The analgesic test:compared with the model group,at 30 min,in hot plate test,medium and high dose groups of MTH could enhance the rate of pain threshold efficiency in mice(P<0.05);and in mice formaldehyde pain test,medium and high dose of MTH could reduce the formaldehyde-induced pain score in the first phase and the second phase(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the analgesic effects were better than that of the crude extract of Incavillea arguta.②The anti-inflammatory test:compared with the control group,high,medium and low dose groups of MTH significantly inhibited xylene-induced ear edema in mice,and the inhibition rates were respectively 45.21%,41.89%,23.83%(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05),and the inhibition rates of the crude extract of Incavillea arguta was 16.64%,lower than that of the high and medium dose groups of MTH(P<0.05).Both medium and high dose groups of MTH could inhibit toe swelling in mice(P<0.01,P<0.01).③The choleretic test:compared with distilled water group,high,medium and low dose groups of MTH and the crude extract of Incavillea arguta could reduce the gallbladder weight of mice,promote bile excretion(P<0.01)and choleretic effect of MTH was better than that of the crude extract of Incavillea arguta,and high,medium and low dose groups of MTH and the crude extract of In
