摘  要:为了充分利用工业废气中有价值的热量,本文采用数值模拟计算和实验相结合的方法对旋流燃烧器加装燃气燃烧装置进行改造,提出了栅格型和旋流型两种改造方案,采用CFD方法选出最优的改造方案并用实验的方法去验证。结果表明:燃气经栅格型装置后流场稳定,燃气燃烧形成的高温烟气不影响煤粉燃烧,不会烧损燃烧器喷口,燃烧器整体运行状况良好。CFD技术可以为新产品的研发提供重要的理论支持。In order to make full use of the valuable heat in the industrial waste gas,this paper uses the method of numerical simulation and experiment to reform the swirl burner equipped with gas combustion device,and puts forward two kinds of transformation schemes,grid type and swirl type.The optimal transformation scheme is selected by CFD method and verified by experiment.The results show that the gas flow field is stable after passing through the grid type device,the high temperature flue gas does not affect the combustion of pulverized coal,does not make the burner nozzle burned,and the overall operation of the burner is in good condition.CFD technology can provide important theoretical support for the research and development of new products.
