摘 要:针对EPS板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统空鼓、开裂、脱落等缺陷,提出基于声学信号的无损检测技术。对外保温系统不同位置处敲击产生的声学信号进行时频分析,并提取时域信号幅值和时频信号首个峰值频率,以判断外保温系统是否存在缺陷。试验结果表明,基于声学信号的无损检测技术可用于EPS板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统缺陷检测。A nondestructive testing technology based on acoustic signals is proposed for the detection of defects such as hollow,cracking and following off existing in the external wall thermal insulation system of expanded polystyrene board with thin plastering. The time-frequency properties of acoustic signals generated by knocking different regions in the external thermal insulation system are investigated in the experiments. The amplitude of acoustic signals in the time domain and the first peak frequency of timefrequency signals are extracted to determine whether there is defect existing in the external thermal insulation system. The experimental results show that the nondestructive testing technology based on acoustic signals can be used to defect detection of the external wall thermal insulation system of expanded polystyrene board.
