摘 要:针对洞庭湖大桥结构设计形式、所处气候条件及生态环保要求,采用超高性能混凝土进行防水铺装层施工。通过应用超高性能混凝土,降低钢结构疲劳应力,避免桥面板开裂,起防水、耐磨作用,为桥面板提供永久防护,提升桥梁结构整体安全水平。对防水铺装层施工工艺原理进行分析,阐述桥面清理及除锈、防腐涂装、钢筋绑扎、模板施工、超高性能混凝土施工等关键技术,总结施工质量控制措施。In view of the structural design of Dongting Lake Bridge,the climatic conditions and the ecological and environmental protection requirements,ultra-high performance concrete is used for the construction of the waterproof pavement. Through the application of ultra-high performance concrete,the fatigue stress of the steel structure is reduced,the bridge deck is prevented from cracking,and the bridge deck is waterproof and abrasion resistant. It provides permanent protection for the bridge deck and improves the overall safety level of the bridge structure. This paper analyzed the construction process principle of waterproof pavement,expounds key technologies such as bridge deck cleaning and rust removal,anti-corrosion coating, steel bar binding, formwork construction, ultra-high performance concrete construction,and summarizes construction quality control measures.
