摘 要:为改善混凝土搅拌站环境,减少污染,利用废浆液替代部分拌合水,研究废浆液对混凝土性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着废浆液掺量的增加,水泥终凝时间缩短,水泥胶砂强度变化规律不明显;新拌混凝土坍落度、扩展度与废浆液掺量呈负相关关系,7,28d抗压强度基本随废浆液掺量的增加先增大后减小;废浆液掺量相同时,不同强度等级混凝土工作性能和力学性能无明显变化规律。实际应用时,建议废浆液掺量<20%。In order to improve the environment of the concrete mixing station and reduce pollution,this paper used waste slurry to replace part of the mixing water,and studied the influence of waste slurry on concrete performance. The results show that with the amount of waste slurry increases,the cement final setting time is shortened,and the change law of cement mortar strength is not obvious. The slump and extension of fresh concrete are negatively correlated with the amount of waste slurry. The compressive strength of concrete shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the amount of waste slurry increases. When the amount of waste slurry is the same,the working performance and mechanical properties of different strength grades concrete have no obvious changes. The recommended dosage of waste slurry is below 20% in actual application.
