摘 要:为研究二次振捣对混凝土收缩性能的影响,进行混凝土收缩应变测定试验。根据试验得到的混凝土收缩应变,提出可考虑早期收缩的计算模型。同时进行抗压强度试验,以研究二次振捣对混凝土力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,二次振捣可有效降低新浇混凝土收缩应变,并提高混凝土抗压强度。施工过程中须在混凝土初凝前完成二次振捣,以保证振捣密实。In order to study the effect of secondary vibration on the shrinkage performance of concrete,the shrinkage strain tests of concrete were carried out. According to the shrinkage strain value obtained from the tests,a calculation model which can take early shrinkage into account was proposed. In order to study the effect of secondary vibration on the mechanical properties of concrete,the compressive strength tests were carried out while measuring the shrinkage strain of concrete. The results show that secondary vibration can effectively reduce the shrinkage strain of newly poured concrete,and improve the compressive strength of concrete. In the construction process,secondary vibration must be completed before the initial setting of concrete to ensure vibrating compactly.
