摘　　要：可变住宅一直是国内外研究的重要课题,在我国大力发展智能制造的背景下,可变住宅的设计方法及理论刚刚起步。文章以模块化设计视角,从设计原则、影响因素、技术模式等角度对可变住宅进行研究,以探讨模块化可变住宅在建造及改造中实现高效率、高品质、可持续的可能,最后以类型学方式梳理其设计策略。Adaptable housing has always been an important research topic at home and abroad.Under the background of vigorously developing intelligent manufacturing in China,the design method and theory of adaptable housing are just starting.From the perspective of modular design,the author studies the adaptable housing from the design principles,influencing factors and technical mode,so as to explore the possibility of achieving high efficiency,high quality and sustainability in the construction and transformation of modular adaptable housing.Finally,it combs its design strategy by typology.
