基于风貌特色营造与实施落地管控的城市设计方法探索——以西咸新区泾河新城总体城市设计为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市发展进入由注重空间扩展转向注重品质提升的提质阶段,城市设计在城市规划中发挥的作用愈加重要。由于缺乏与法定规划的有效衔接,城市设计在城市管理中的实效性较低。基于此,研究以西咸新区泾河新城总体城市设计为例,从"要素凝练-目标愿景-体系构架-发控制衔接-实施管控"等方面,探索出基于风貌特色营造与实施落地管控的城市设计方法,以期为城市风貌特色彰显以及城市设计实施管控提供有益参考。Along with our country's urban development into the space,but to expand to pay attention to the quality improvement of qualitative stage,the role of urban design in the urban planning more important because of the lack of effective cohesion and statutory planning,urban design in the low efficiency of urban management based on this,the west of salty district overall urban design as an example,many new elements from concise goal vision system architecture hair control implement controls cohesion,etc.,explored based on the landscape features to build and implement the ground control method of urban design,so as to urban landscape features reveal a reference as well as the achievements of urban design implementation control.
