西安市美丽乡村建设发展演进研究

摘　　要：美丽乡村建设是实现乡村振兴的重要一环。西安市从2017年开展美丽乡村建设与考核工作,到2019年已经进行了三期。文章从考核指标、村庄分布以及考核结果进行分析对比,对西安市三期美丽乡村建设发展演进进行研究。通过研究发现西安市美丽乡村建设的质量和村庄数量整体都在提升,但不同村庄之间差距较大,且存在指标单一、整体推进难度大、公众参与度低以及忽略村庄精神文明建设等问题,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期为美丽乡村建设与考核提供更加合理有效的方法。The construction of beautiful villages is an important part of realizing rural revitalization.From 2017,Xi'an started the construction and assessment of beautiful villages,and by 2019,it has carried out three phases.This article analyzes and compares the assessment indicators,village distribution and assessment results,and studies the development and evolution of the third phase of the beautiful rural construction in Xi'an.Through research,it is found that the quality of beautiful rural construction and the number of villages are improving as a whole,but there is a large gap between different villages,and there are problems such as single indicators,difficult overall promotion,low public participation,and neglect of village spiritual civilization construction.And put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide more reasonable and effective methods for the construction and assessment of beautiful villages.
