摘 要:为减少高炉烧结矿比例,往往会大幅提高烧结矿的碱度导致炉内压差高,而烧结矿中MgO含量过高也会引起烧结矿质量劣化。为解决烧结矿碱度过高以及MgO含量过高所引起的问题,提出将烧结矿中的碱性熔剂取出直接加入高炉的方法,通过选择适宜种类的球团矿,适宜碱度和MgO含量的烧结矿,搭配一定量的石灰石、蛇纹石以及一定比例的块矿,所组成的高炉炉料结构的熔滴性能良好,证明高炉外配石灰石和蛇纹石是可行的,且这种方法能将烧结矿比例降低至50%左右。In order to reduce the proportion of sinter in blast furnace,the basicity of sinter will be greatly increased,resulting in high pressure difference in furnace,and high MgO content in sinter will cause the sinter quality deterioration.In order to solve the problems caused by high basicity and high MgO content in sinter,the method of taking out the basic flux from sinter and adding it to blast furnace directly is put forward.By selecting suitable pellet,sinter with proper basicity and MgO content,matching with certain amount of limestone,serpentine and certain proportion of lump ore,the melting drop performance of blast furnace charge structure is good.It is feasible to mix limestone and serpentine in blast furnace,and the sinter proportion can be reduced to about 50%.
