河钢桥梁钢的发展现状与展望

摘　　要：介绍了国内外桥梁钢的发展历程和现状,重点介绍了河钢桥梁钢的生产能力、技术特点和典型产品性能,指出了未来桥梁工程对桥梁钢的发展要求及河钢桥梁钢的发展方向。河钢桥梁结构钢具有高纯净度、高强度高韧性和优良的耐蚀性、焊接性等特点,在现有产品的基础上,下一步将开展能够大线能量焊接的高性能桥梁钢的研发以及相关焊接技术研究,开发适应不同大气环境的个性化耐候桥梁钢、适应海洋大气环境的跨海大桥用耐候桥梁钢以及500 MPa及以上强度的高强耐候桥梁用钢。This paper introduces the development history and current situation of bridge steel at home and abroad,mainly introduces the production capacity,technical characteristics and typical product performance of bridge steel of HBIS,and points out the development requirements of bridge steel for bridge engineering in the future and the development direction of bridge steel of HBIS.HBIS bridge structural steel has the characteristics of high purity,high strength,high toughness,excellent corrosion resistance and weldability.On the basis of the existing products,the next step is to research and develop high-performance bridge steel which can be welded with large linear energy and the related welding technology.Some steel will be developed including the personalized weathering bridge steel suitable for different atmospheric environment,the weathering resistance bridge steel used for sea crossing bridge suitable for marine atmospheric environment and high strength weathering bridge steel with strength of 500 MPa and above.
