摘　　要：介绍了在热连轧生产中精轧活套稳定性控制中的关键评价技术,通过采用活套稳定性静态和动态评价,可及时发现、解决与活套控制相关的拉窄、跑偏、甩尾等问题,尤其在薄规格轧制中起到了良好的预防和稳定性提升作用,对热连轧产线生产和质量的稳定具有指导和借鉴意义。This paper introduces the key evaluation technology of loop stability control in finishing rolling in hot continuous rolling production.Through static and dynamic evaluation of looper stability,it can find and solve the problems related to looper control,such as narrowing,deviation and tail flick.In particular,it plays a good role in prevention and stability improvement in thin gauge rolling,which has guidance and reference significance for production and quality stability of hot continuous rolling line.
