摘 要:随着钢铁产品消费需求快速升级,用户结构发生了较大变化,钢铁企业主动自我革新适应市场发展需求,强力推进产品结构升级和产业链延伸,并将加工配送中心/公司作为一种重要营销策略服务用户。本文通过对创新构建加工配送贸易一体化进行研究分析,依托IATF16979管理体系的三大过程和七项管理原则,提出向用户提供商流、物流、信息流的全功能经营管理模式。With the rapid upgrading of steel product consumption demand,the user structure has changed greatly.Steel enterprises take the initiative in self innovation to adapt to the needs of market development,vigorously promote the upgrading of product structure and industrial chain extension,and take the processing and distribution center/company as an important marketing strategy to serve users.Based on the research and analysis of the innovative construction of processing and distribution trade integration,relying on the three major processes and seven management principles of IATF16979 management system,this paper puts forward a full-function operation and management mode of providing business flow,logistics and information flow to users.
