摘 要:在露天矿山爆破工程中,影响爆破效果的因素多达10余种。为了探索影响爆破效果的主要因素,在紫金山金铜矿露天开采爆破工程实例中,采用灰色关联分析法确定出影响爆破效果因素的主次关系,通过改变主要影响因素,改善爆破效果。结果表明:紫金山金铜矿露天开采爆破工程中,炸药单耗、孔间距、堵塞长度和排间距的灰色绝对关联度分别为1.9425、1.8817、1.8561和1.7872,故影响爆破效果的主要因素是炸药单耗,其次是孔间距、堵塞长度和排间距。可根据各因素的敏感性合理取值,改善爆破效果。In the blasting engineering of open-pit mines,there are more than ten factors affecting the blasting effect.In order to research the main factors affecting the blasting effect,,the grey correlation analysis method is used to determine the primary and secondary relations of the factors and the blasting effect is improved by changing the main influencing factors in the open-pit mining blasting engineering example of Zijinshan Gold and Copper Mine.The results show that in the open-pit mining blasting engineering of Zijinshan Gold and Copper Mine,the grey absolute correlation degrees of unit explosive consumption,hole spacing,plugging length and row spacing are 1.9425,1.8817,1.8561 and 1.7872.Therefore,the main factor affecting the blasting effect is unit explosive consumption,followed by hole spacing,plugging length and row spacing.The blasting effect can be improved according to the reasonable values of the sensitivity of each factor.
