摘　　要：选取4个厂家的2号乳化炸药为试验样品,分别对乳化基质平铺、敏化后的成堆、敏化后的平铺、散装药卷输送、成箱药卷输送5种情况进行传爆性能模拟试验检测,研究乳化炸药生产工艺过程中可能存在的殉爆安全问题,得出相应条件下的殉爆距离,为乳化炸药安全生产提供一些参考依据。No.2 emulsion explosive from four different manufacturers are selected as the test sample.Explosion detonation performance simulation test is carried out in five cases of emulsion matrix paved,piled-up after sensitization,paved after sensitization,bulk charged cartridge conveyed and boxed cartridges conveyed.The possible sympathetic detonation problem in the production process of emulsion explosive is studied,and the data of sympathetic detonation distance under corresponding conditions is obtained.The obtained data can provide a reference for the safety production of emulsion explosive.
