摘 要:目的研究消渴病的历代不同时期组方用药配伍特点,分析消渴病治疗思路及用药演变特点,为中医消渴病临床用药提供思路创新。方法收录《中医方剂大辞典》与消渴病相关方剂626首,并建立Excel数据库,运用SPSS 22.0软件,对唐及唐以前、宋金元及明清时代的消渴方药数据行统计分析。结果历代医家医治消渴病都以补虚药、清热药、利水渗湿药、收涩药及解表药为重。唐代及唐以前治疗消渴常用中药有甘草、麦冬、生姜、石膏等13味,形成3组聚类组合;宋金元时期常用中药有甘草、麦冬、黄连、肉桂等19味,形成5组聚类组合;明清时期常用中药有甘草、麦冬、五味子、白芍、乌梅等17味,形成6组聚类组合。结论历代不同时期对消渴病治法基本一致,以补气滋阴降火为主,兼顾祛湿收涩发表,用药配伍特点体现在扶正祛邪,散收结合,补中有泻,标本兼顾。此外,唐代及唐以前治疗消渴侧重补益脾气,并配合泻热活血、拔毒生肌法以治疗消渴并发兼症,宋金元时期则更加注重理气活血及温补元阳之法,明清时期医家收涩药的配伍更为灵活,并开创从肝论治消渴。Objective To study the compatibility of prescriptions of different prescriptions of consumptive thirst disease in different periods,to analyze the treatment ideas of the dispersion-thirst disease,the characteristics of gradual development and evolution of medication,and to provide clinical reference for the treatment of thirst disease by Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 626 prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary and prescriptions related to anti-thirst were collected,and an Excel database was set up.SPSS 22.0 software was used to statistically analyze the data of anti-thirst prescriptions in Tang and Tang Dynasties,Song Jin Yuan and Ming and Qing Dynasties.Results The top five drugs used in the treatment of the consumptive thirst disease were all tonificante drugs,para eliminar calor drugs,diuretic and damp-dampening drugs,astringente drugs,and para liberar la superficie drugs.The traditional Chinese medicines for treating the consumptive thirst disease in Tang Dynasty and before Tang Dynasty were 13 flavors such as licorice,Ophiopogon,ginger,gypsum,etc,forming three groups of clustering combinations.The traditional Chinese medicines used in the Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties were 19 flavors such as licorice,Ophiopogon,Coptis,Cinnamon,etc,forming five groups of clustering combinations.There are 17 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,such as licorice,Ophiopogon,Schisandra,Paeonia lactiflora,Wumei,etc,forming six clustering combinations.Conclusion The treatment methods of the consumptive thirst disease are basically the same in different periods in different dynasties.They are mainly based on nourishing qi,invigorating yin and reducing fire,and taking care of dampness and astringency,and the compatibility of medications is reflected in righting and dispelling evils,supplementing diarrhea,combining loose collection,and balancing the primary and secondary.In addition,in the Tang Dynasty and before Tang Dynasty,the treatment of the consump
