摘　　要：目的分析舌痛的发病机理,整理舌痛的临床治疗思路。方法主要分析《黄帝内经》及历代医家对于舌痛的认识,系统论述了舌与五脏的关系,从而分析系舌痛的发病机制。结果舌痛的主病脏腑责之于心脾,并与肝肾相关。历代医家对于舌痛的临床治疗思路,也验证这一观点有其临床价值。结论舌痛病位在舌,与心脾肝肾相关。舌痛虽然是一个局部病变,但却是内在脏腑病理变化的一个外在征象,通过辨证思维方法,司外揣内,再结合四诊的情况诊治,正是中医治疗舌痛的优势所在。Objective To analyze the pathogenesis of Glossodynia,and arrange the clinical treatment of Glossodynia.Method This paper mainly analyzes the Huangdi Neijing and the understanding of the ancient physicians on Glossodynia,systematically discusses the relationship between the tongue and the five zang organs,so as to analyze the pathogenesis of Glossodynia.Result The main disease of Glossodynia is viscera,which is related to the heart and spleen,and is related to liver and kidney.The clinical treatment of Glossodynia by physicians of all dynasties also verified the clinical value of this viewpoint.Conclusion Glossalgia is located in the tongue and is related to the heart,spleen,liver and kidney.Although Glossalgia is a local lesion,it is an external sign of internal viscera pathological changes.The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Glossalgia lie in the syndrome differentiation method,the diagnosis and treatment combined with the four diagnostic methods.
