养心定悸胶囊对心律失常患者血液流变学及ET-1、hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察养心定悸胶囊对心律失常患者血液流变学及血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选取2017年10月—2019年8月在郑州公交医院就诊的98例心律失常患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组。对照组采用临床常用药美托洛尔进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合养心定悸胶囊进行治疗,2组患者疗程均为2个月。治疗结束后统计2组临床疗效,血液流变学指标及血清ET-1、hs-CRP水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组的73.47%(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原指标均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组血清ET-1、hs-CRP指标均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.2%,显著低于对照组的30.61%(P<0.05)。结论养心定悸胶囊可显著改善心律失常患者血液流变学,降低血清ET-1、hs-CRP水平,提高临床疗效,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To observe the effects of Yangxin Dingji capsule on hemorheology,serum endothelin-1(ET-1)and hypersensitive creactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 98 patients with arrhythmia who were admitted to Zhengzhou public transport hospital from October 2017 to August 2019 were selected.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was treated with the common clinical drug metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Yangxin Dingji capsule.Both groups were treated for 2 months.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,changes in hemorheology indexes and serum ET-1 and hs-CRP levels was analyzed.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(73.47%)(P<0.05).After treatment,high blood viscosity,low viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of whole blood in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,and compared with control group,observation group was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,serum ET-1 and hs-CRP levels in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and compared with control group,observation group was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.2%)was less than control group(30.61%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Dingji capsule can significantly improve hemorheology in patients with arrhythmia,decrease serum ET-1,hs-CRP levels,improve the clinical curative effect,and has higher safety.
