杵针、电针在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨杵针、电针治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分的影响。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月医院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为2组各40例。对照组选择杵针治疗,观察组在此基础上加用电针,比较2组治疗前后JOA因子评分。结果疗程结束后,观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组不良反应比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论杵针结合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者,有助于提高疗效,提高JOA评分。Objective To investigate the influence of the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with pestle acupuncture and electroacupuncture on the evaluation of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score.Methods A total of 80 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used.They were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with pestle acupuncture.The observation group was treated with electroacupuncture based on the control group.The JOA factor scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After the course of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pestle acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc helps to improve the curative effect and the JOA score.
