摘 要:【目的】猪呼吸道疾病综合征(porcine respiratory disease complex,PRDC)是引发猪场经济损失的重要原因之一,分析2016—2017年云南省部分地区规模化猪场及散养户间猪呼吸道疾病综合征(PRDC)主要病原的混合感染状况。【方法】通过PCR或RT-PCR对送检病料的猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、猪肺炎支原体(MH)、传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP)和副猪嗜血杆菌(HPS)7种主要病毒性或细菌性病原进行检测。【结果】406份送检样品中,359份为阳性,检出率为88.42%。所检样品中,既有单一携带的,又有混合感染的,PCV2阳性率最高(59.00%);APP阳性率最低(9.09%)。而混合感染以PCV2+PRRSV感染率最高(9.19%),其次为CSFV+PRRSV,感染率为4.46%,PRRSV+PRV和PCV2+MH感染率最低,二者都为0.56%;发现有三重和五重混合感染,以PCV2+CSFV+PRRSV三重感染率最高(2.51%),PCV2+PRRSV+PRV感染率最低(0.28%),CSFV+PRRSV+PCV2+APP+HPS五重感染率为0.28%;未发现四重感染。【结论】PRDC感染情况在云南省广泛存在,且致病病原复杂,所以应加强PRDC感染情况的监测以更有效地防控地方猪疫病发生。[Purpose]Porcine respiratory disease complex(PRDC)is one of the important causes of economic losses of pig farms.The objective of this study was to investigate the mixed infection status and the main causative pathogens of porcine respiratory disease complex(PRDC)in large-scale pig farms and free-range households in Yunnan Province from 2016 to 2017.[Method]PCR or RTPCR methods were applied,to detect the seven major viral and bacterial pathogens(i.e.,CSFV,PRRSV,PRV,PCV2,MH,APP and HPS).[Result]Of 406 samples,359 were identified as positive,of which the detection rate was 88.42%.There existed single infection and co-infection in the positive samples in Yunnan Province,among which the highest positive rate was found for PCV2 as 59.00%,while the lowest positive rate was found for APP as 9.09%.The highest rate of double co-infections was found for PCV2+PRRSV as 9.19%,followed by CSFV+PRRSV,with the infection rate 4.46%.The lowest rate for double co-infection was found for PRRSV+PRV and PCV2+MH,shared the same rate of 0.56%.Furthermore,mixed infections with three or five pathogens was identified,among which the co-infection with PCV2+CSFV+PRRSV showed the highest infection rate as 2.51%,while the counterpart for PCV2+PRRSV+PRV was the lowest(0.28%).Infection with five pathogens,like CSFV+PRRSV+PCV2+APP+HPS,was rarely observed,with a rate as 0.28%.No quadruple co-infection was found.[Conclusion]The survey indicated that PRDC infections were widely prevalent in Yunnan of which the pathogens were complex.So,we propose that the detection of PRDC infections should be strengthened to promote the prevention and control for local swine diseases.
