摘  要:植物叶际存在着丰富而多样的微生物群体,植物为叶际微生物提供了必要的生活场所和营养物质,叶际微生物影响着植物的生长发育和代谢活动,宿主植物和叶际微生物之间互相影响,双方处在一个动态平衡的过程当中。随着叶际微生物功能的不断发掘,其与植物的相互关系研究也越来越多,为了更好地了解和应用叶际微生物,结合近年来的相关研究文献,本研究对叶际微生物的分离鉴定方法、叶际微生物的来源和构成以及叶际微生物与植物的互作关系进行综述,有助于对叶际微生物进行全面了解,并讨论了今后的研究重点和方向,为今后叶际微生物的研究提供参考。There are abundant and diverse microbial communities in the phyllosphere of plants.Plants provide necessary living places and nutrients for the phyllosphere microorganisms,while the phyllosphere microorganisms affect the growth,development and metabolism of plants;both are in a process of dynamic balance.With the continuous exploration of the functions of phyllosphere microorganisms,more and more studies on the relationship between phyllosphere microorganisms and plants have been carried out.In order to better understand and apply the phyllosphere microorganisms,and combined with the relevant literature in recent years,this paper summarized the isolation and identification methods of the phyllosphere microorganisms,the sources and components of the phyllosphere microorganisms,and the interaction between the phyllosphere microorganisms and plants,which is helpful for a comprehensive understanding of the phyllosphere microorganisms.The research direction and emphasis of the phyllosphere microorganisms were discussed,providing a reference for future research.
