摘 要:文章旨在评估不同水平的中草药复合添加剂对乳山羊繁殖性能、血清生化及抗氧化性能的影响。试验将胎次与体重接近、妊娠(92±3)d的120头乳山羊随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别在基础日粮中添加100和200 mg/kg中草药复合物。试验进行到分娩后21 d。结果:与对照组相比,日粮添加100和200 mg/kg中草药复合物组仔羊的初生窝重和21 d均重分别显著提高10.0%、9.23%和11.58%、17.02%(P<0.05)。日粮添加200 mg/kg中草药复合物组乳山羊在分娩当天和分娩后21 d血清FSH浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时该组分娩当天血清LH浓度也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,200 mg/kg中草药复合物组乳山羊在分娩当天和分娩后21 d血清孕酮水平显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮添加200 mg/kg中草药复合物均可以显著提高乳山羊分娩当天、分娩后7 d和21 d血清GSH-Px、SOD、CAT和T-AOC活性(P<0.05),显著降低各阶段血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加200 mg/kg中草药复合添加剂可以改善乳山羊分娩后的激素水平及抗氧化性能。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of different levels of Chinese herbal compound additives on the reproductive performance,serum biochemical and antioxidant properties of goats.A total of 120 goats with a gestation of 92±3 days were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 goats in each replicate.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the treatment group was fed the basic diet with 100 and 200 mg/kg Chinese herbal compound,respectively.The trial was carried out 21 days after delivery.Results:Compared with the control group,the neonatal litter weight and the average weight on day 21 were significantly increased by 10.0%,9.23%,11.58%and 17.02%,respectively,in the group fed with 100 and 200 mg/kg Chinese herbal medicine compounds(P<0.05).The concentration of serum folliclestimulating hormone(FSH)in the lactating group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the day of delivery and 21 days after delivery(P<0.05),and the concentration of serum luteinizing hormone(LH)on the day of delivery was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum progesterone level in the 200 mg/kg Chinese herbal compound group was significantly lower on the day of delivery and 21 days after delivery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the dietary supplementation of 200 mg/kg Chinese herbal compound could significantly increase the activity of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),superoxide diamutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and total oxidation resistance(T-AOC)on the day of delivery and 7 and 21 days after delivery(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA)at all stages(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding 200 mg/kg Chinese herbal compound to the diet can improve the hormone levels and antioxidant properties of goats after delivery.
