摘 要:本研究旨在评估雏鸡初生禁食48 h条件下,日粮维生素C水平对肉鸡生长性能、器官相对重量和肝细胞线粒体代谢的影响。试验将768只1日龄的肉仔鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复32只鸡。肉鸡孵化后禁食48 h,之后各组肉鸡分别饲喂添加0、2、4和8 mg/kg包被维生素C的日粮,试验期间测定采食量、体增重、饲料转化率、存活力、肝脏线粒体代谢及各器官的相对重量。结果:维生素C水平对料重比的影响存在显著二次曲线效应(P<0.05),根据二次曲线回归方程可以得出,1~10 d肉鸡日粮中维生素C水平为6.3 mg/kg时料重比最佳。根据1~22 d肉鸡的增重和料重比二次回归曲线方程可以得出,最适的增重和料重比维生素C水平分别为5.3和6.6 mg/kg。日粮维生素C添加水平对11 d肉鸡器官相对重量及消化道相对长度均无显著影响(P>0.05),同时日粮添加不同水平的维生素C对耗氧量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:在本试验环境下,肉鸡日粮中添加4 mg/kg包被维生素C可提高肉鸡增重,改善饲料转化率。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of low levels of Vitamin C on growth performance,relative organ weight,and mitochondrial metabolism of hepatocytes in broiler chickens during prolonged fasting.7681-day-old broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 6 replicates in each group and 32 chickens in each replicate.Broiler chickens in each group were fed a diet with 0,2,4 and 8 mg/kg of Vitamin C.During the experiment,food intake,body weight gain,feed conversion,viability,liver mitochondrial metabolism and relative weight of each organ were measured.Results:the influence of Vitamin C level on feed weight ratio had significant quadratic curve effect(P<0.05).According to the quadratic curve regression equation,the optimal feed weight ratio was obtained when the Vitamin C level was 6.3 mg/kg in the diet of broilers from day 1 to day 10.According to the quadratic regression curve equation of weight gain and feed weight ratio of broilers on day 1-22,the optimal weight gain and feed weight ratio Vitamin C levels were 5.3 and 6.6 mg/kg,respectively.Dietary Vitamin C supplementation had no significant effect on the relative weight of organs and the relative length of digestive tract of broilers on day 11(P>0.05),and dietary Vitamin C supplementation of different levels had no significant effect on oxygen consumption(P>0.05).Conclusion:adding 4 mg/kg of Vitamin C to broiler diet can improve the weight gain and feed conversion of broiler.
