摘　　要：新时期背景下,企业面临着新的机遇和挑战。为了使饲料企业能适应新时期的要求,在财务管理中要有新举措,本文从财务管理的概念及财务管理的组成部分入手,对饲料企业目前存在的财务管理问题进行分析,提出提高管理层财务管理意识、健全完善财务管理制度、打造专业化财务管理队伍及加强对财务管理的督导检查等措施,为饲料企业财务管理在新时期有更好的发展提供了建设性建议。Under the background of the new era,enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.In order to make feed enterprises adapt to the requirements of the new period,new measures should be taken in financial management.Starting from the concept of financial management and the components of financial management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of feed enterprises,and puts forward measures to improve the financial management awareness of the management,improve the financial management system,create a professional financial management team and strengthen the supervision and inspection of financial management,so as to provide financial management for feed enterprises In the new period,it has better development and provides constructive suggestions.
