摘  要:安徽华电宿州发电有限公司公司采用2台630 MW超临界汽轮发电机组,汽轮机是由上海电气生产西屋引进型机组,型号为N630-24.2/566/566。2020年6月,#2机组第二次大修后启动,发现汽轮机调节级压力偏低,高压缸排汽压力和高压缸排汽温度偏高,同时根据高压缸汽缸夹层温度偏高,初步判断为汽轮机调节级前至高压缸排汽之间通过汽缸夹层漏汽。邀请电科院和设备制造单位对汽缸可能漏汽位置及实际漏汽量进行计算分析,并于2020年10月对高中压缸进行二次揭缸,将高压下内缸吊出后发现喷嘴室下定位销裂开,蒸汽从喷嘴室通过断裂的定位销孔漏出,造成汽缸夹层漏汽并严重影响汽轮机效率。Two 630 MW supercritical steam turbine generator units are used in a company.The steam turbine is a unit imported by Westinghouse Electric Company,and the model is n630-24.2/566/566.In June 2020,the unit was started after the second overhaul.It was found that the pressure of the turbine governing stage was low,the exhaust pressure of the high-pressure cylinder and the exhaust temperature of the high-pressure cylinder were high.At the same time,according to the high temperature of the cylinder interlayer of the high-pressure cylinder,it was preliminarily judged that there was steam leakage through the cylinder interlayer between the front of the turbine governing stage and the exhaust steam of the high-pressure cylinder.The Electric Power Research Institute and equipment manufacturing units were invited to calculate and analyze the possible steam leakage position and actual steam leakage volume of the cylinder.In October 2020,the secondary uncovering of the high-pressure cylinder was carried out.After lifting out the high-pressure lower inner cylinder,it was found that the locating pin under the nozzle chamber cracked,and the steam leaked from the nozzle chamber through the broken locating pin hole,resulting in steam leakage in the cylinder interlayer and seriously affecting the effi ciency of the steam turbine.
