摘　　要：全球各国都在面临老龄化带来的巨大挑战,我国也将进入急速老龄化阶段。共病在老年人中的发生率较高,对老年人的生活质量和预期寿命有深远的影响。随着医疗保健状况的改善以及寿命的不断延长,出现了越来越多对共病老人提供医疗服务的人员。本文对共病的流行情况、相关老年综合征、疾病组合对预后的影响及其健康管理等问题展开综述,以期为国内老年共病患者的健康管理工作提供参考依据。Countries all over the world are facing great challenges brought by the aging of the population,and our country will also enter the stage of rapid aging.Multimorbidity is quite common among the elderly,and shows profound impact on the quality of life and life expectancy.With the improvement of medical care and the continuous extension of life expectancy,there are more and more medical staffs who provide medical services to the elderly with multimorbidity.In this paper,we review the prevalence of multimorbidity,related senile syndrome,influence of disease combination on prognosis and other issues concerning health management,and hope to provide reference for health management for the elderly with multimorbidity.
