分层次培训急诊护士应对灾害救援能力实践与效果

摘　　要：目的研究分层次培训急诊护士灾害救援能力的实施方法和效果。方法于我院急诊护士中随机抽取100例,按照其工作年限分为1~5年组、5~10年组、10年以上组,给予分层培训,对急诊护士进行考核,对比三组考核成绩。结果培训前接受过灾害救援培训43例(43.0%),认为需要定期接受灾害救援培训61例(61.0%)。培训后认为需要定期接受灾害救援培训100例(100.0%)。培训后护士更认同灾害救援培训的重要性,和培训前对比有差异显著(P<0.05)。三组培训考核成绩均高于培训前,和培训前对比,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据急诊护士工作年限进行分组,并对护士进行对应的灾害救援培训,能够针对性补充护士的灾害救援知识,提高其灾害救援能力,提高培训效率,合理分配培训资源,保证急诊护士能够达到灾害救援需求,快速组成一支结构完整的救援队伍,提高我国灾害救援能力。Objective To study the implementation methods and effects of hierarchical training of emergency nurses’disaster rescue ability.Methods A total of 100 emergency nurses in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into 1-5 years group,5-10 years group and>10 years group according to their seniorities.Assessment scores that conducted before and after the training were compared between three groups.Results Before the training,43 cases(43.0%)had received disaster rescue training and 61 cases(61.0%)considered regular disaster rescue training necessary.After the training,100 cases(100.0%)considered it necessary to receive regular disaster rescue training.After training,nursing staff agreed more with the importance of disaster rescue training,which was significantly different from that before training(P<0.05).All the three groups received higher scores than before training,showing a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical disaster rescue training based on seniority of emergency nurses provides targeted knowledge supplement,improves disaster rescue ability,increases training efficiency,and rationalizes training resources.This ensures emergency nurses meeting the needs of disaster rescue and quickly constructing a complete structure of rescue team that improves China’s disaster rescue capacity.
