摘 要:目的:优化维生素C脂质体的处方,采用非有机溶剂法制备得到口服维生素C脂质体。方法:采用非有机溶剂法,以药脂比、超声时间、载药温度作为考察因素,用L9(33)正交试验法来优化处方,检测口服维生素C脂质体的平均粒径、多聚分散度、Zeta电位、维生素C包封率及稳定性。结果:最优处方维生素C脂质体的形态较好,平均粒径为(180.80±3.91)nm,平均分散度为0.18±0.20,Zeta电位为(-52.88±1.83)mV,包封率为(39.68±1.36)%,且长时间低温保存稳定性较好。结论:通过非有机溶剂法,可以制备具有较好理化性质和稳定性的口服维生素C脂质体。Objective:The prescription ratio of vitamin C liposomes was optimized and the oral vitamin C liposomes were prepared by non-organic solvent method.Methods:By non-organic solvent method,the drug-lipid ratio,ultrasound time and loading temperature being used as the investigation factor,the prescription ratio was optimized by L9(33)orthogonal test.Then the average particle size,polymer dispersity index,zeta potential,encapsulation rate and stability of the oral vitamin C liposomes were investigated.Results:The optimal formulation of vitamin C liposomes showed good morphology,average particle size(180.80±3.91)nm,average dispersion(0.18±0.20),Zeta potential(-52.88±1.83)mV,encapsulation rate(39.68±1.36)%,and good stability under long-term low temperature preservation.Conclusion:Oral vitamin C liposomes with good physical and chemical properties and stability can be prepared by non-organic solvent method.
