摘 要:[目的]研究血府逐瘀汤提取过程中多种成分的量变规律。[方法]采用超高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法,研究血府逐瘀汤在不同提取时间和提取次数下水提液中各成分量变规律。[结果]随着提取时间的延长和提取次数的增加血府逐瘀汤的吸收光谱(200~500 nm)的吸光度值逐步增加并趋于稳定,主要成分苦杏仁苷、芍药苷、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、甘草酸的提取率也呈现逐步增加并趋于稳定的趋势。[结论]血府逐瘀汤中主要化学成分的提取率与提取时间和次数呈正相关并随着提取时间和次数的增加逐步趋于稳定。[Objective]To study the quantitative change law of various components in the extraction process of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.[Methods]The quantitative changes of various components in the water extract of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction at different extraction time and frequency were studied by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.[Results]With the extension of extraction time and the increase of extraction frequency,the absorbance value of absorption spectrum(200~500 nm)of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction gradually increased and tended to stabilize.The extraction rate of amygdalin,paeoniflorin,naringin,neohesperidin and glycyrrhizin acid also gradually increased and tended to stabilize.[Conclusion]The extraction rates of main chemical components in Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction are positively correlated with extraction time and frequency,and gradually tend to stabilize.
