摘　　要：对光伏材料高纯镓的规模化生产进行探究,通过对相关的技术进行分析,得出高纯镓在制备过程中的技术要点,并对其中存在的问题进行改进,以此来找寻更好地实现高纯镓规模化生产的办法。This paper explores the large scale production of high purity gallium for photovoltaic materials. Through the analysis of relevant technologies, the technical points in the preparation process of high-purity gallium are obtained,and the existing problems are improved, so as to find a better way to realize the large-scale production of high purity gallium.
