摘　　要：文章通过对一汽大众汽车有限公司清洗钝化工艺产生的废水的水质、水量进行分析,选取处理工艺进行工艺设计,对处理工艺运行过程跟踪统计,分析讨论运行过程中出现的影响工艺处理问题的解决措施,总结所采用工艺的优缺点,为以后更好的处理此类废水提提供参考。This paper analyzes the water quality and water quantity of waste water produced by cleaning and passivation process of FAW Volkswagen Co., Ltd., selects the treatment process for process design, tracks and statistics the process operation process of treatment, analyzes and discusses the solutions to the problems affecting the process treatment during operation, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the process, providing reference for the future better treatment of this kind of wastewater.
