摘　　要：余热锅炉的过热器在机组长期备用期间易产生腐蚀甚至失效的情况,给机组本身带来严重安全隐患,从而会对电厂的经济效益产生了一定的影响。通过对失效问题进行分析研究,并制定了相关的应对措施,保障了余热锅炉及机组的安全稳定运行。The superheater of waste heat boiler is prone to corrosion and even failure during long-term standby period,which brings serious safety risks to the unit itself, and has a certain impact on the economic benefits of the power plant. Through the analysis and study of the failure problem, the relevant countermeasures are formulated to ensure the safe and stable operation of the waste heat boiler and the unit.
