摘  要:采用高温固相法合成了BaZn1.06Al9.94O17:Tb^3+,Ce^3+荧光粉,并对其发光性能和能量传递机理进行了研究.研究结果表明:由于Tb%3+离子的4f^8→4f^75d^1跃迁,使得BaZn1.06Al9.94O17:Tb^3+的激发带中心位于230 nm处.共掺杂Ce^3+离子后,BaZn1.06Al9.94O17:Tb^3+的激发光谱出现了明显的红移,在240~320 nm范围内的宽带激发归因于Ce^3+离子的4f→5d跃迁.由于Ce^3+与Tb^3+离子发生了能量传递,使得BaZn1.06Al9.94O17:Tb^3+,Ce^3+中Tb^3+离子的5D4→7FJ(J=6、5、4和3)发射峰的发光强度比未掺杂Ce^3+离子时提高了约15倍.因此,制备的BaZn1.06Al9.94O17:Tb^3+,Ce^3+荧光粉可望在照明、显示器件等应用中具有良好的应用价值.BaZn1.06Al9.94O17:Tb^3+,Ce^3+phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction,and the luminescent properties and energy transfer mechanism from Ce 3+to Tb 3+were investigated in this paper.The research results show that the absorption band of BaZn1.06Al9.94O17:Tb^3+was centered at 230 nm due to the 4f^8→4f^75d^1 transition of Tb^3+ions.With co-doped Ce^3+ions into BaZn 1.06Al9.94O17:Tb 3+phosphor,the excitation band showed obviously red shift.The wide-band absorption in the range of 240-320 nm was attributed to the 4f→5d transition of Ce^3+ions.Compared with Ce^3+ion free BaZn 1.06Al9.94O17:Tb^3+,the emission intensity was increased about 15 times due to the energy transfer from Ce^3+to Tb^3+.So BaZn1.06Al9.94O17:Tb^3+,Ce^3+could be a valuable phosphor for lamp or display applications.
