摘　　要：STYROMAX9型乙苯脱氢催化剂在工业上获得成功应用。该催化剂是科莱恩公司推出的一款高活性乙苯脱氢催化剂,乙苯转化率高达65.06%,通过重量法计算的苯乙烯选择性达到96.9%。工业应用结果表明:STYROMAX9型乙苯脱氢催化剂具有反应起始温度低与提温速率平缓的优势,月平均提温速率为0.7℃;该催化剂的反应副产物含量低,苯、甲苯质量分数保持在2%以下;催化剂床层压差增长缓慢;脱氢尾气中CO_2体积分数平均保持在3%左右。应用结果表明该催化剂具有较高的活性和稳定性。STYROMAX9 ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst has been successfully applied in industry.The catalyst is a highly active ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst developed by Clariant company.The ethylbenzene conversion ratio is up to 65.06%,and the styrene selectivity calculated by weight method is 96.9%.Industrial application shows that STYROMAX9 ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst has the advantages of low initial temperature and gentle temperature raising rate.The average monthly temperature raising rate is 0.7℃.The by-product content of the catalyst is low,and the content of benzene and toluene is kept below 2%.The pressure difference of catalyst bed increases slowly.The CO 2 content in the dehydrogenation tail gas is kept at about 3%on average.The application results show that the catalyst has high activity and stability.
