摘　　要：近年来,高校学生党员教育培训工作取得一定的成效,但还存在教育培训内容针对性不强,形式途径单一,对学生党员感染力不足,学生党员教育培训效果有待进一步提高等问题。针对高校学生党员教育培训存在的问题,运用团体辅导模式,可创新学生党员培训形式,提高学生党员教育培训质量,增强大学生党员的综合能力素养。In recent years,some achievements have been made in the education and training of student party members in colleges and universities.However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of pertinence in the content of education and training,the monotonous form and approach,the lack of appeal to student party members,and the need for further improvement of the effect of education and training of student party members.In view of the problems existing in the education and training of student party members in colleges and universities,this research uses the mode of group counseling to innovate the training forms of student party members,so as to improve the quality of education and training of student party members,and enhance the comprehensive ability and quality of college student party members.
