关于单身女性使用卵子冷冻技术相关问题的探讨

摘　　要：卵子冷冻技术作为人类辅助生殖技术的衍生在国内外的应用逐渐增多。我国目前禁止给单身女性实施人类辅助生殖技术,但是有些单身女性群体存在着冷冻卵子的需求,希望在结婚前可以通过使用冻卵技术来保存自己的生育力。探讨单身女性使用卵子冷冻技术存在或者引发的问题与争议;探讨冻卵体现女性个人自主,提出生育自主不应受婚姻、性别限制;探讨取卵可能对个人带来的伤害、冻卵费用高、使用效率低等可能会对个人和社会带来不良影响。在考量冻卵利弊的基础上建议将医疗性和社会性冻卵需求作出明确区分,对卵子冷冻技术引发的相关问题应合理解决,在技术应用的实践中也要考虑到儿童权益。As a derivative of human assisted reproductive technology,egg freezing technology is gradually increasing in domestic and foreign applications.In China,it is currently forbidden to implement human assisted reproductive technology for single women,but some single women hope to use egg freezing technology to preserve fertility.This article discussed the issues related single women using egg freezing technology.Proponents believe that using of egg freezing technology mainly reflects individual autonomy that should be respected and should not be restricted by marriage,gender and disease.Meantime,it should not be ignored that the operations may cause physical harm to individuals,and the high cost,low use efficiency,the long storing time of frozen eggs may have adverse effects.Also there is the risk that the good wish of’conservation fertility’may cannot be reached.On the basis of discussions,the article suggests that distinguish medical and social application of egg freezing,enhance standardized management,and consider children’s rights and interests during the implement of egg freezing technology.
