摘　　要：根据黑龙江省2020年营造林督查内容,制定黑龙江省2020年营造林督查主要技术标准与督查方法。督查结果表明:各经营单位完成上级营造林计划情况较好,各项目的上报面积和上报核实率均为100%,合格面积占核实面积的98%以上,督查技术标准制定合理、方法可行。同时,针对全省今后营造林工作提出了2点针对性建议。According to the content of afforestation supervision in Heilongjiang Province in 2020,the main technical standards and methods of afforestation supervision in Heilongjiang Province in 2020 were formulated.The results showed that:the management units completed the superior afforestation plan well,the reported area and verification rate of each project were 100%,and the qualified area accounted for more than 98%of the verified area.The formulation of supervision technical standards was reasonable and the method was feasible.At the same time,two suggestions are put forward for afforestation in the future.
