简谐激振下含腐蚀缺陷弯管的流固耦合分析

摘  要:为了研究简谐激振作用下含腐蚀缺陷弯管内部输送流体的流动状态以及弯管自身的力学行为,建立含有腐蚀缺陷的三维直角弯管有限元模型及其相应的流场模型,对腐蚀弯管及其内部输送流体进行双向流固耦合分析。三种简谐激振振幅(0m、0.01m和0.03m)和两种流体入口速度(2m/s和4m/s)交互组合,分析简谐激振振幅和流体入口速度对腐蚀弯管的力学行为及其内部输送流体流动状态的影响。结果发现:输送流体在直角弯管内侧的腐蚀缺陷处产生旋涡,旋涡生长之后向弯管出口端扩散,外部的简谐激振载荷会促进旋涡的产生,并加速其扩散,这种现象随着简谐激振振幅的增大或入口流速的增大而变得愈加显著。在漩涡的萌生、生长及扩散的过程中,弯管响应的最大等效Von-Mises应力的位置主要位于弯管内侧的腐蚀缺陷处,但随着旋涡扩散的加速而逐渐移向弯管进口端的直管段。Aiming to study the flow state of the transmission fluid inside a corroded bend pipe and the mechanical behavior of the pipe under the simple harmonic excitation,the three-dimensional finite element model of a corroded right-angle bend pipe and the corresponding fluid model were developed for two-way fluid-structure interaction analysis.By the cross-combination of three kinds of simple harmonic excitation with the amplitudes of 0m,0.01m and 0.03m and two fluid inlet velocities of 2m/s and 4m/s,the influences of the simple harmonic excitation amplitude and the fluid inlet velocity on the mechanical behavior of the corroded right-angle bend pipe and the flow state of transmission fluid were investigated in detail.The obtained results show that the vortex occurs initially in the local region of corrosion defects of the right-angle bend pip,and then the vortex expands and diffuses to the outlet end of bend pipe.The simple harmonic excitation promotes the occurrence and diffusion of vortex,which becomes increasingly significant with the increase of the simple harmonic excitation amplitude or the fluid inlet velocity.In the process of vortex occurrence,expansion and diffusion,the responsive maximum equivalent Von-Mises stress is mainly located in the local region of corrosion defects of the bend pip,and then gradually moves towards to the straight pipe section corresponding to the inlet end of the bend pipe due to the increasing vortex diffusion.
