摘 要:以生物质原料水解制备糠醛具有广阔的应用前景,但是目前工业上所使用的硫酸、盐酸催化剂都具有较强的毒性和腐蚀性,急需开发一种安全、绿色、高效的催化剂。以玉米芯为原料,以草酸为催化剂催化玉米芯水解制备糠醛。分别考查了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对原料玉米芯液化率和糠醛收率的影响,得到最佳工艺条件为:反应温度180℃,反应时间2.5h,催化剂用量占玉米芯进料质量的8%。最佳条件下玉米芯液化率为43.06%,糠醛收率达到11.21%。对玉米芯及不同反应时间下的反应残渣进行了X射线衍射(XRD)和热重分析(TG),分析结果表明,玉米芯中有效组分已经明显降解。The preparation of furfural by hydrolysis of biomass has a broad application prospect,however the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid catalysts used in industry are highly toxic and corrosive at present,so it is urgent to develop a safe,green and efficient catalyst.In the preparation of furfural by hydrolysis of corncob with oxalic acid as the catalyst,the effects of catalyst dosage and reaction temperature and time on the liquefied fraction of corncob and yield of furfural were investigated in this study.The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows:Catalyst dosage was 8%(based on mass of dry corncob),reaction temperature 180℃and reaction time 2.5h.The liquefied fraction of corncob and yield of furfural was respectively 43.06%and 11.21%.Finally,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Thermogravimetric Analysis(TG)were carried out on the dry raw corncob and the reaction solid residue of different time.The analysis results showed that the effective components in the corncob were degraded obviously.
