摘 要:传统的矸石外排导致的环境污染、无效提升成本高,人工选矸开采煤质差等问题日益突显。为减少乃至杜绝井下矸石外排,西安重装所属企业从智能选矸机器人入手,着力解决井下智能机器人研发及井下随掘随采随填充工艺的研究。通过分析主流的充填开采技术及常用的选煤方法,介绍了KGX智能选矸机器人工作原理及技术优势。分析认为,"采-选-充"一体化工艺是以KGX智能选矸系统为核心,充分考虑了采煤、分选和充填协同作用,采取随掘随采随充填方式,可以达到矸石回收以及控制地表稳定,从根本上解决了煤矿开采伴随着矸石等固废排放和采场矿压与地表沉陷控制问题。The traditional gangue discharge method not only pollutes the environment and has high cost,but also is difficult to guarantee the coal quality by manual gangue separation.In order to reduce or even eliminate the discharge of underground gangue,the intelligent gangue separation robot is developed and the technology of filling with tunneling and mining is researched.By analyzing the common filling mining technology and coal preparation methods,the working principle and technical advantages of KGX intelligent gangue separation robot are introduced.The analysis shows that the“mining-separating-filling”integrated process takes KGX intelligent gangue separation system as the core,fully considers the synergistic effect of coal mining,separation and filling,adopts the mode of filling with tunneling and mining,which can achieve the purpose of gangue recovery and surface stability,and fundamentally solves the problems of solid waste discharge and surface subsidence in coal mining area.
