摘 要:随矿井采深增加、原煤煤质变差,选煤厂跳汰洗选工艺面临的产品品质控制压力不断增加。为了提升选煤厂生产效益,根据矿井生产的原煤煤质情况,从经济性、选煤厂洗选工艺以及9、10、12号煤层煤质等方面出发,对配煤入洗方案进行了优化。通过对不同的配煤方案进行比选,得出矿井12号煤与10号煤层按照7∶3方式进行配煤,并对选煤厂采用的跳汰工艺进行简单改造后,不仅可以满足跳汰工艺生产需要,且取得了显著经济效益。With the increase of mining depth and the deterioration of raw coal quality,the pressure of product quality control of jigging and washing process in coal preparation plant is increasing.In order to improve the production efficiency of coal preparation plant,according to the raw coal quality,the coal blending washing scheme was optimized from the aspects of economy,washing process and coal quality.Through the comparison and selection of different coal blending schemes,it is concluded that the coal blending of No.12 coal seam and No.10 coal seam is carried out according to the 7∶3 mode.Through the simple transformation of jigging process in coal preparation plant,it can not only meet the production needs of jigging process,but also achieve remarkable economic benefits.
