摘  要:由于晋城热电原有露天储煤场已不能满足当今环保要求,需对其进行封闭。在不改变原有工艺的前提下,确定维持原有储煤场形式不变,仅对上部结构形式进行方案比选。经过调研及论证,提出了钢网壳、充气膜、骨架膜3种封闭结构方案。经过详细技术经济比较,最终推荐采用传统的钢网壳结构方案。同时,对汽车卸煤场地一并进行封闭,并增加洗车装置及水暖电等辅助设施,从而达到现今环保要求。实践表明,对既有露天煤场采用钢网壳结构形式封闭,不仅满足环保要求,而且安全可靠,投资相对也较低。The original open-air coal storage yard of Jincheng Thermal Power Company cannot meet the requirements of environmental protection,so it needs to be closed.On the premise of not changing the original technology,it is determined to maintain the original coal storage yard form,only change the top structure form.Through investigation and demonstration,three top sealing schemes of steel latticed shell,inflatable membrane and skeleton membrane are put forward.After detailed technical and economic comparison,the traditional steel lattice shell structure scheme is finally proposed.At the same time,the coal unloading site will be closed,and auxiliary facilities such as water supply,heating and power supply will be added to meet the current environmental protection requirements.The practice shows that the steel lattice shell structure is adopted to close the open-pit coal yard,which not only meets the requirements of environmental protection,but also is safe and reliable,and the investment is relatively low.
