摘　　要：为认真贯彻关于建立风险分级管控、隐患排查治理"双重预防性工作机制"的重要指示精神,落实《煤矿安全生产标准化基本要求及评分方法(试行)》要求,选择以煤矿安全生产标准化为载体,将"双重预防工作机制"纳入安全标准化考核体系中,构建"双重预防体系"和安全生产标准化相结合的"三位一体"的安全工作体系。推动安全生产关口前移,将安全风险管控挺在隐患前面,把隐患排查治理挺在事故前面,建设安全生产长效机制,为煤矿安全生产提供了科学的管理方法。Through conscientiously implementing the important directive spirit of establishing“double preventive work mechanism”of risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and control,the requirements of“basic requirements and scoring methods of coal mine safety production standardization(trial)”are implemented.Taking the coal mine safety production standardization as the carrier,the“double prevention work mechanism”is incorporated into the safety standardization assessment system,and the“trinity”safety work system combining the“dual prevention system”and the safety production standardization is constructed.In order to promote the safety production gateway to move forward,the safety risk management and control should be placed in front of the hidden danger,and the hidden danger investigation and treatment should be put in front of the accident,so as to build a long-term safety production mechanism and provide scientific management methods for coal mine safety production.
