摘 要:大量实践证明,汽轮机低压缸通流改造可在较少投入的前提下带来可观的经济效益提升。然而,对于改造后效果如何的问题,现有评价方法往往在一个或数个约定工况下进行,且需修正后才可达到要求精度。对此,提出一种基于多级非线性回归的低压缸通流改造节能效果评价方法。首先,对机组的历史运行数据进行拟合,得到两组拟合公式;然后,将机组功率和排汽压力数据带入上述两组拟合公式,获取低压缸效率数据;最后,根据低压缸效率的变化量,计算出节煤量,以此评价节能效果。实际应用效果显示,本方法操作简单、易于推广,可作为同类型机组的技术参考。Sufficient evidence shows that the turbine low-pressure cylinder flow modification can bring considerable economic benefits under the premise of less investment. Existing evaluation methods for the effect of the transformation are often carried out under one or several agreed working conditions, and additional corrections are required. We propose a method for evaluating the energy-saving effect of low-pressure cylinder flow reformation based on multi-level nonlinear regression: first, the historical operating data of the unit is fitted to two sets of fitting formulas;then, the power and exhaust pressure data of the unit fit into the above two equations, the efficiency of data to obtain low-pressure cylinder;Finally, the energy saving effect is evaluated according to an amount of variation of the low pressure economizer cylinder efficiency calculated and determined. Demonstrate practical applications of the present method is simple, easy to spread, as a reference technique of the same type of unit.
