摘  要:根据某电厂1000 MW机组循环水系统特点,建立凝汽器最佳真空数学模型,研究实施循环水泵组合优化运行,机组供电煤耗率下降0.58 g/(kW·h),针对低负荷运行特点,研究比较循环水系统连通改造和循坏水泵低速改造两种方案在低负荷运行时的经济性,提出合适的改造方案,为今后火电机组低负荷经济运行提供参考。According to the characteristics of the circulating water system of a 1000 MW unit in a power plant, the optimal vacuum mathematical model of the condenser is established, the optimized operation mode of the circulating water system is studied and implemented, and the average coal consumption rate of the unit power supply is reduced by0.58 g/(kWh). According to the characteristics of the low load operation, the economy of the two schemes of the combined transformation of the circulating water system and the low-speed transformation of the circulating water pump are studied and compared, and the appropriate ones are put forward The reconstruction scheme can provide reference for the low load economic operation of thermal power units in the future.
