摘　　要：目的了解2014—2019年日照市居民恶性肿瘤疾病负担,为制定肿瘤防治措施提供依据。方法通过山东省死因监测信息管理系统收集2014—2019年日照市户籍居民恶性肿瘤死亡资料,计算分析死亡率、潜在减寿年数、减寿率等指标,采用年度变化百分比,分析率的时间变化趋势。结果 2014—2019年日照市居民恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为159.29/10万,标化死亡率为114.82/10万,男性粗死亡率、标化死亡率均高于女性。恶性肿瘤年龄别死亡率呈上升趋势,APC=17.7%。恶性肿瘤总PYLL为272 267人年,PYLL率为15.08‰,标化PYLL率为12.8‰,疾病负担居首位的恶性肿瘤为肺癌。结论肺癌和消化系统肿瘤是2014—2019年日照市居民的主要恶性肿瘤,应加强健康教育,开展高危人群早期肿瘤筛查,加大早诊早治力度,降低疾病负担。Objective To understand the trend of disease burden of malignant tumor in residents of Rizhao from 2014 to 2019,and to provide the scientific basis for malignant tumor prevention and control.Methods The data of death of malignant tumor in residents of Rizhao from 2014 to 2019 were collected.The mortality,Potential Years of Life Lost(PYLL),PYLL rate were calculated and analyzed.The annual percentage change(APC)was used to analyze the trend of rate.Results The crude malignant tumor mortality in residents of Rizhao from 2014 to 2019 was 159.29/105,and the standardized mortality rates was 114.82/105.The malignant tumor crude mortality and the standardized mortality were higher for male than female.The age specific mortality of the malignant tumor was showed the increased trend(APC=17.7%).From 2014 to 2019,total PYLL in residents of Rizhao was 272267 person-years,the PYLL rate was 15.08%,the standardized PYLL rate was 12.8‰.The lung cancer was the first position of disease burden for malignant tumor in residents.Conclusion Lung cancer and digestive system cancers were the main death causes of malignant tumor in residents of Rizhao from 2014 to 2019,the health education for residents and screening work of early cancers with high risk should be conducted,and the early diagnosis and treatment should be strengthened to decrease the Burden of disease.
