摘 要:冶金渣罐由于长时间高负荷的使用常会出现开裂缺陷,为节约成本和渣灌的安全使用,需进行焊接修复后使用。本文针对冶金渣罐焊接易出现未焊透、裂纹、角变形等问题,通过对冶金渣罐罐体开裂的原因及罐体材料进行焊接性分析,采用焊前预热、焊条电弧焊加熔化极气体保护焊结合的焊接方式、焊后消应等焊接工艺优化措施,经渗透和超声波无损探伤检测,未发现焊接缺陷,焊接质量良好,满足渣罐的使用要求。焊接修复工艺优化提高了渣罐的使用寿命,节约了生产成本。Because of long-time high load operation,metallurgical slag tank often has cracking defects.In order to save cost and ensure the safe use of slag tank,it is necessary to use it after welding repair.Aiming at the problems of incomplete penetration,crack and angular deformation in the welding of metallurgical slag tank,the causes of cracking and weldability of tank materials are analyzed in this paper.The welding process optimization measures such as preheating before welding,welding rod arc welding combined with GMAW,and post welding stress elimination are adopted.After penetration and ultrasonic nondestructive testing,no welding defect is found and the good welding quality meets the requirements of slag tank.Welding repair process optimization improves the service life of slag tank and saves production cost.
