摘　　要：为提高巧克力的包装效率,设计了一种巧克力包装机。针对目前市场巧克力的单颗包装和定量包装两种方式提出设计方案,并通过巧克力入料、分料装置到成型装置以及横封装置完成巧克力整个包装流程,使其能够满足设计要求,确定其机械结构形式和运动机理,计算相关的尺寸长度和性能参数。通过计算分析可知本次的巧克力包装机相关零部件满足要求,由单颗包装和定量包装组合方式能完成巧克力的加工。In order to improve the packaging efficiency of chocolate,a chocolate packaging machine was designed.In view of the present market of chocolate for single packing and quantitative packing of two way design scheme is put forward,and through the chocolate into the device,points to the molding device and horizontal sealing device to complete the whole process of packaging,chocolate makes it convenient to meet the design requirements,determine its mechanical structure and movement mechanism,size and performance parameters of the calculation.According to the calculation and analysis,the relevant parts of the chocolate packaging machine meet the requirements,and the chocolate processing is completed through the combination of single and quantitative packaging.
